Yoga for Cancer Patients

Description: Yoga is offered to patients of the Cancer Center and mats are provided. Practicing yoga since 2003, Holly Davidson leads these classes. She is a certified yoga teacher and is currently studying Yoga Therapy. She has her own studio in Ferndale and is certified through the Yoga Alliance as an Registered Yoga Teacher. Holly believes the more we get to know our bodies, the better we are able to compassionately take care of ourselves and live each day more fully.
