Labor and Birth Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)

Learn about the wonderful process of birth in this 2 day series which prepares you for the arrival of your baby. Topics addressed in this class include breathing and relaxation skills, medications and anesthesia options for pain management. Other areas that will be discussed are variations of labor, induction, and cesarean birth. Register early and plan to take this class during the last two or three months of your pregnancy.*

Please register for yourself only, there is available seating for you to bring one support person.

*PLEASE BRING TWO OR THREE PILLOWS AND A BLANKET TO LABOR AND BIRTH CLASSES FOR RELAXATION EXERCISES.
