Peace Island Medical Center opened for care on November 26, 2012. The Medical Center is a new integrated critical access medical facility that serves residents and visitors of the San Juan Islands by delivering safe, evidence-based healthcare to all, regardless of ability to pay.

The facility includes a new clinic, hospital, a cancer care and specialty center and a 24-hour emergency department.  State-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment, backed by the latest in information technology, can now provide a coordinated and seamless continuum of care between your home base here in the islands and wherever you might receive treatment.
