Healthcare Reimagined: A campaign for Southwest Medical Center
Join us in reimagining a healthier future
The Healthcare Reimagined Campaign, the largest fundraising effort in Clark County's history, makes our community stronger and healthier. By combining proven socially informed and innovative approaches to healthcare, we will fulfill our purpose of providing safe and compassionate care for every person, every time.
We still need your support to make a lifesaving difference today.
We're not done yet!

Our community has come together to raise over $70 million toward construction of the PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center Emergency Department, the establishment of the Community Health Hub and support for our caregivers. This remarkable generosity is truly inspiring, with many families making additional pledges to help us reach our ambitious goals. With $2.2 million left to meet our construction target, we invite you to join us in this historic campaign to transform emergency care for southwest Washington. Your support is vital in reimagining a healthier future for our region.

An innovative approach to whole-person care

As we set out to reimagine healthcare, we are integrating social services into the emergency department through our Community Health Hub.
In partnership with local agencies, we are breaking new ground in delivering an innovative model of whole-person care by providing patients immediate onsite access for community partners to address the growing need for services in our community.
The Community Health Hub provides a collaborative physical space in our Emergency Department for community partners and direct access to services for our patients.
Now, when patients turn to us for emergency care and are identified as homeless, they have immediate access to community partners like Council for the Homeless and Open House Ministries for compassionate assistance with housing services. At the same time, other community partnerships with organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Clark County Food Bank allow us to ensure patients have access to healthy food boxes and meals not just upon leaving the hospital and, beyond.
We understand that these root causes of poor health must be addressed if we are to build a healthier community for all — and we must do this together.
