PeaceHealth partners with the Eugene School District and Lane County Behavioral Health to provide school-based health centers. North Eugene Health Center at North Eugene High School both provide medical and mental health services to students living in the 4J school district.

Services include:

• Sick Visits
• Healthcare Follow-ups
• Referrals for Specialty Care
• Lab Testing
• Reproductive Health Care
• Mental Health Assessments and Visits
