Funding Opportunities
The Center has been made possible through a 2005 grant to the OHSU School of Medicine from the James F. and Marion L. Miller Foundation to support program development for the Eugene initiative and PeaceHealth provided the space for the Center. In 2006, the Oregon Community Credit Union established a $1 million endowment for our 3rd and 4th year clerkship program.
Oregon Health & Science University School of Medicine and Sacred Heart Medical Center Foundation provide funding for annual operations of the Department. The Sacred Heart Foundation is committed to continue their exploration of additional philanthropic opportunities in an effort to establish sustainable funding for this important program.
