Billing Questions

Paying for the Care You Receive

If you have questions about your clinic bill or other issues related to your PeaceHealth Medical Group account, our team in Patient Financial Services would be happy to help you. Please call us at the number below.

When you call, please be prepared to provide the patient's name and date of birth or the patient number. You can find the patient number (an 8-digit number) in the upper right-hand corner of the billing statement.

Making Payments

You can pay your bill online if you're signed up to use PeaceHealth PatientConnection. This free online service is available to all PeaceHealth patients. It's a quick and easy way to take care of your account as well as other business you have with your clinic. Sign up or test drive PatientConnection.

We accept credit or debit cards for payments over the phone.  We can also assist you with prepayment options or installment plans to pay for extensive services such as obstetric care or surgery.

In-person Assistance

Face-to-face appointments are available.  If you want to meet in person, feel free to drop by our office at 600 Broadway or call to schedule a time.  We also have financial service representatives available for in-person assistance at our Specialty Clinic on the third floor of 1615 Delaware and at the Women's Health Pavilion at 1660 Delaware.

Other Support

If you want an estimated cost before you receive a service, you can request an estimate from your provider's office.

Financial aid is available.  If you're facing financial hardship, we can help you explore your options for obtaining medically necessary care at a reduced cost or without charge.  You may be eligible for our Bridge Assistance program.  Read the Bridge Assistance FAQ.

Provider-based Billing

Some clinics are departments of PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center. This means that for services in these clinics, you may receive a separate charge or billing for the facility, which may result in a higher out of pocket expense. Read provider-based billing FAQ. If you have questions about the hospital bill, please call (360) 414-7750 or 1 (800) 438-7562 ext. 7750.
