In order to receive benefits under this plan, you must purchase prescription drugs from participating MedImpact pharmacies and PeaceHealth participating pharmacies.
If you purchase a prescription drug from a pharmacy that is not an eligible provider, you will not be entitled to any reimbursement under this Plan unless it is due to an out-of-area emergency.
