Biography
Alena Lee, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist whose focused interest is primary care behavioral health integration.
Dr. Lee earned her Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University in Palo Alto, California.
In working with patients, she focuses on whole-person care, using a number of tools including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness.
Away from work, Dr. Lee enjoys trying out new restaurants, looking at art, journaling, hiking, running, baking, and spending time with family friends and pets.
