Biography
Alex Belshoff, MD, is a board-certified urologist whose medical interests include urinary dysfunction, kidney stone disease, and urologic cancers.
Born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Dr. Belshoff earned his medical degree at University of Louisville along with a PhD. His residency training in Urology was completed at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
“I believe in patient-centered care, and I strive to ensure that my patients understand their condition and available treatment options,” shares Dr. Belshoff. “I try to place myself in their position and offer truthful and sincere recommendations.”
Dr. Belshoff is married to Ryan. They enjoy the outdoors, traveling, exercising, and trying new restaurants.
Additionally, Dr. Belshoff admits that horror is his favorite movie genre. He loves scary movies and the Halloween season. Other interests include science fiction, space, playing video games and reading.
