Anjali Gupta, MD provides nephrology services at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. She is trained in specialty fields including chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, dialysis, and kidney transplantation. Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree at Delhi University in India, and completed her internship and residency in internal medicine at Rochester General Hospital in New York. She also completed a fellowship in Nephrology at New York University, and a Kidney Transplant fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. Dr. Gupta spent more then seven years providing nephrology services at Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg, Oregon. Dr. Gupta's philosophy of care is based on collaboration with patients. "I practice evidence-based medicine to help patients understand their medical condition, empowering them to make the best decisions for their own health." Dr. Gupta is a strong advocate of living a healthy lifestyle, which can be a tremendous aid in controlling diabetes and hypertension.
