Braden O’Shaughnessy, DO joined the family practice team at PeaceHealth Medical Group clinic in Fairhaven in 2022. He’s particularly interested in chronic disease management and preventive care. Braden is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his medical training at A.T. Still University – Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Missouri, with a fellowship in family medicine at University of California, Davis – Mercy Redding Family Medicine in Redding, Calif. In describing his practice philosophy, Braden says, “I use evidence-based medicine and up-to-date practice guidelines to deliver equitable care to all of my patients.” Originally from the Midwest, Braden arrived in the Pacific Northwest after practicing family medicine for a large medical group in California. Outside of clinic, he’s either on his bike exploring or escaping into a good book.
