Dr. Foo attended medical school at the prestigious National University of Singapore where he graduated on the Dean's List in 2003. During medical school, he spent some time at Yale University which inspired him to pursue post-graduate medical training in the United States. He first trained in Internal Medicine at the University of Hawaii and is board certified in Internal Medicine. He then went on to complete a full Dermatology residency at the University of Utah where he was Chief Resident. He is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Foo joined PeaceHealth Medical Group in 2013. He is trained to provide medical treatment of both common and complex skin conditions including acne, rosacea and psoriasis. His office is able to provide phototherapy treatments and he is also skilled in surgical techniques for removal of skin cancers and other skin lesions.
