Dr. Geoffrey McAllister serves as the medical director of the PeaceHealth Wound Healing Center in Bellingham. Dr. McAllister is specially trained in wound care and hyperbaric medicine. Dr. McAllister received his medical training at the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, and completed his residency in foot and ankle medicine and surgery at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Wound Healing and of the American Board of Multispecialty Podiatry in Primary Care. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Professional Wound Care Association. He also speaks conversational Spanish and Portuguese. Outside of clinic, Dr. McAllister has volunteered with Hearts to Soles and with various groups at his church.
