Heather Wolfe, NP-C, joined PeaceHealth in 2023. She is a member of the Cardiology team at Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute at PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. She earned her master of science in nursing, family nurse practitioner at The University of Texas at Arlington. She previously worked as a family nurse practitioner at Healing Hearts Clinic in Conroe, Texas. She says she strives “to provide high-quality empathetic care that is personal to each individual. I believe individualized education empowers each patient to improve their health outcomes.” Her hobbies include camping and other outdoor activities with her family.

She is wonderful, cheerful, and very cari g.
Heather is very compassionate. She had great concern for my well being, medically and mentally. I recently lost my husband, who also was a patient of hers. She showed me so much kindness and offered options for dealing with my grief. She cried with me and made me feel safe sharing my feelings. Heather is wonderful.
