James Mathey, PA-C, worked in the ICU, general cardiology and pulmonology for 10 years before moving to Vancouver, WA. His clinical interests are in general cardiology and electrophysiology. He is married to a pediatric physical therapist and on his free time he enjoys mountain and road biking, music, and spending time with his wife and three daughters.

He seemed to get defensive when I asked a question about my health choices. It seemed that he had made a decision about the next steps and disregarded the health information I gave him. He didn't listen very well to what I was saying.
He ordered the implantable device my cardiologist recommended. However -- it has been almost a month and no one returned my calls as to why nothing has been scheduled!!!
All should care for patients like he does. He listened which is very rare no days.
I am verry satisfied with all aspects of the current medical procedures I am under-going currently. No complaints, just Grateful.
