Dr. James Reiss is a board certified cardiologist and clinical cardiac electrophysiologist practicing in Vancouver since 2005. He is a Fellow of ACC (American College of Cardiology). His clinical interests include treating heart rhythm disturbances including supraventricular tachycardia, ventricular tachycardia, atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation. He has been performing the Arctic Front cryoablation therapy since he introduced it to this region in 2011. "My goal is to provide safe, effective treatment of heart rhythm disturbances. My number one goal is patient safety and am very proud of our ability to provide complex ablation therapy at PeaceHealth Southwest.” His personal interests include travel, classical music and the arts. He is fluent in Russian, traveling and volunteering in St. Petersburg, Russia every year.
