Jana Banjanin, NP, joined the PeaceHealth team in 2024. Jana is board certified as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Jana began her medical career as clinical support. She later pursued a nursing degree followed by a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Seattle University in Seattle, WA. Jana brings with her experience in managing complex psychiatric patients including completing evaluations, medication management and follow-up care. Jana has a keen interest in medical research having published numerous articles on pediatrics, diabetes and pregnancy. She has additionally presented her research at conferences and symposiums around the country and world. When not caring for patients, Jana is active in the outdoor and in community service.
