She was excellent. Saw her because none of my regular physicians had open appts until Dec or Jan. I was in significant pain ready to go to the ER.
Very efficient, kind, and empathetic
I saw this Dr for a broken toe (which was painful to me) I knew it was broken because my 4th toe crossed over my 5th toe, she ordered an X-ray and said if it was broken then I would be put in a boot. I got those X-ray results on Wednesday morning but it kept saying the team had not looked at it until I called about it on Thursday, still nothing from Dr. I found out the Dr was out of the office part of the week. I had to send messages to them on Friday, I was in the building and could easily go down to get the boot, I got a reply and it eventually ended up they gave me a post op shoe. It was frustrating to check for 2 full days and no one had even bothered to look at my X-ray results. Next time I will wait for a different provider
I saw a different care provider than my regular PCP. She was very nice and listened to my needs.
Dr. Is friendly, knowledgeable and open.
I liked her very much.
