Mr. Moore was born and raised in Yakima and immediately drawn to Bellingham when he first visited in his 20s. He received his physician assistant training at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland and moved to Bellingham in 2008. He enjoys backpacking in the North Cascades, long-distance running, cycling and kayaking.
