Lisa Ingold, physician assistant, joined the staff of Same Day Care at PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center in August. She earned her master's degree in medical science from Emory University School of Medicine. She has nearly three decades of experience, including family and internal medicine, college health and spent the last 19 years practicing dermatology. She has a special interest in psychiatry. She began her career at a tribal health program in rural Happy Camp, Calif., after earning a National Health Service Corps scholarship. “I like making a personal connection with every patient I meet,” she said, “and give each patient the time they deserve.” She is married with two sons. In her free time, she likes to swim and listen to alternative music. She is obsessed with coffee and went to barista school in Seattle during the pandemic.
