Biography
Muneera Khan, PA-C, practices at PeaceHealth within the Gastroenterology Department. Muneera completed both her undergraduate Bachelor of Science and graduate Physician Assistant degrees at D’Youville University in Buffalo, New York.
Muneera is a certified physician assistant and has been practicing as a physician assistant since 2017. Before joining PeaceHealth, she practiced at Buffalo General Medical Center in Buffalo, New York, where she provided inpatient care.
Whether in the inpatient or clinical setting, Muneera seeks to communicate and collaborate with her patients. Muneera shared, “I’m a firm believer in ensuring clear and effective communication with my patients.” In addition, Muneera enjoys keeping up to date on the latest evidence-based approaches to medicine and finds it fulfilling to share her knowledge with others. She has previously served as a preceptor for medical students in critical care helping impart wisdom and knowledge onto the next generation of providers.
When not in the clinical setting, Muneera is an avid traveler. She also speaks Urdu.

She was very thorough and knowledgeable about both my history and the issue I was experiencing.
She was very helpful and she was very willing to listen to what I had to say. She also decided to go back to the root cause instead of the end game.
As a hard of hearing patient it was very difficult to understand what was being said. Dr was wearing a mask, speaking very rapidly, and had a heavy accent. While I asked for several things to be repeated, I eventually gave up and just nodded in agreement.
I really like her and the way she explained things to me. I also appreciated the love & happiness she showed to my 18 month old duster who had to come with me.
I thought she was outstanding. She was organized and straightforward. She explained everything clearly. She listened actively. I really appreciated her problem solving attitude.
