Nandita Gupta, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist with a special interest in heart disease in women. She has a deep commitment to health equity and ensuring justice for patients and their families during their most vulnerable times. Dr. Gupta earned her medical degree from University of Delhi, India. She completed her internship and residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, followed by a cardiology fellowship and healthcare Master of Business Administration from Oregon Health & Science University. “My goal is to help patients achieve the highest level of health,” shares Dr. Gupta. Dr. Gupta remains active in the American Heart Association of Oregon and Southwest Washington where she focuses on raising awareness and reducing disparities in heart care, especially among women. Past recognitions include multiple years of being named Top Cardiologist by Portland Monthly magazine. In her free time, Dr. Gupta enjoys spending time with her husband, who is also a cardiologist, her two grown children and a beloved labradoodle.
