Seem to be out of his wheelhouse, but he researched it and got the information that he needed.
Very professional and approachable!
Very professional. Liked him a lot. Made another appt withHim 10 days out.
Active listening, knowledgeable, compassionate, clear communicator
Knowlegeable but not super personable
Listen to my illness needs with full attention
This is not my normal care provider. This was an urgent care situation which I was grateful to receive on short notice, since it was Christmas Eve. Any lack of knowledge about my medical history is to be expected and should not reflect poorly on Dr Ross. He seems like a very capable doctor.
My questions were answered with care and respect.
Dr. Ross has always treated me with respect and has been very thorough with my care. Same goes for my radiation oncologist Dr. Kim and his staff.
Compassionate but not sure he really wants to follow most updated research and recommendations for diabetes. Did not listen to my request to use medication that I was supposed to and prescribed a new medication and did not explain side effect in detail. Seems to focus eating style that fits his values rather than respecting the knowledge and expertise of registered dietitians. Told me he doesn't read his emails because he gets too many. Was not really aware that I did not have a full metabolic blood work up.
