Biography

After completing the Master of Arts in Ethics and Social Theory program with an emphasis on Medical Ethics from Graduate Theological Union in Berkley, California, Dr. Deak earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences and completed her Family Medicine Residency at Peak Vista Community Health Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

With a special interest in women’s health and obstetrics care, Dr. Deak strives to partner with her patients to help them set and achieve optimal health outcomes. “An important part of this approach is to truly listen to my patients and understand them as individuals, which allows us to work together to craft the best possible treatment plan.”

Dr. Deak enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, long-distance running and hiking in the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.
