Robert Lessard, PA-C, joined the PeaceHealth Medical Group Internal Medicine Clinic team of providers in 2017. Robert has 23 years of experience as a physician assistant, including 18 years in primary care. Prior to joining PeaceHealth Medical Group, Robert worked at Skagit Regional Clinics in Mount Vernon, Washington. He’d previously served as the senior physician assistant at Derry Medical Center Family Practice in Derry, New Hampshire. Robert’s diverse medical background includes work as a cardiac catheterization technician at hospitals in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is particularly interested in sports medicine and routine musculoskeletal injury management as well as general routine cardiology care. Robert is an avid mountain biker and road cyclist. He also enjoys hiking the area’s numerous trails and paddling on the bay. A music lover, Robert plays many instruments, including guitar. He and his wife enjoy attending the many great, local music venues. The rhythm in their home is lively, with two teenagers, two dogs and two cats in residence.
