Biography
Salman Ali, DO, joined PeaceHealth Medical Group in 2022 and sees patients at the PeaceHealth Cordata Main clinic in Bellingham. His practices family medicine, with special interests in weight management and lifestyle medicine, musculoskeletal medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatments. “I believe in a holistic, patient-centered approach to medicine,” said Dr. Ali. “Good medicine is a journey undertaken both by the patient and the healthcare staff, to advance their understanding of health and wellness. Good medicine is also comprehensive in scope, examining all aspects of the patient’s lifestyle.” Dr. Ali received his doctorate of osteopathic medicine from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He completed his national family medicine residency through The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education at the HealthPoint Auburn North clinic in Auburn, Washington. He also holds degrees in pathology and laboratory medicine, and cell and molecular biology. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association. Outside of work, Dr. Ali enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and family. He also likes hiking and running barefoot.

This was an appointment that was arranged at a last moment. I had never met Dr. Ali before. Yet he was very well prepared and continued to consult my records in order answer all my questions. He was very professional, while remaining compassionate and informative.he was warm and easy to communicate with.

Dr Ali was very helpful in going over my Annual Wellness visit. This was the first time I have seen him and he scheduled another visit in 3 months to better check my condition. I had my blood work done that same day and he followed up with me on the results the next day.
He's an amazing person and I am a better lady for having met him and had him treat me medically.
