Dr. Hines has always been extremely friendly and informative, explaining things clearly and not rushing.
I really like Dr. Hinds, especially since he sees patients at Peace Island. My only complaint has to do with the the Peace Health scheduling system. Your system Is broken. It will not let me schedule my next follow-up with Dr. Hinds because Peace Health hasn't "released the schedule yet". When the schedule Is released, it's too late as all of Dr. Hinds' appointments at Peace Island are already taken. One would think that extra care would be taken in supporting providers that choose to serve your island patients. Unfortunately, that's not the case, at least as far as scheduling. Please fix this...
