Biography
We welcomed Timothy Armstrong, MD, to the PeaceHealth Medical Group Neurology team of providers in 2019. Dr. Armstrong is a seasoned provider, having practiced in California for the last 30 years. Most recently, he was the neurology chief of service at Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Armstrong takes a special interest in neuromuscular disorders and electrodiagnostic medicine, which includes electromyography and nerve conduction studies. “I enjoy utilizing my training and years of practice experience to care for patients,” he said. Dr. Armstrong was recognized as one of San Diego Magazine’s Top Doctors from 2009 through 2015. In his time away from the clinic, Dr. Armstrong enjoys playing golf, hiking and photography. He is married and has two adult sons.
