Tyler Peake, PAC, is a certified physician assistant who was drawn to medicine because of his interest in science and education. He enjoys explaining complex medical topics for his patients and guiding them through the healthcare system. Originally from Vancouver, Tyler attended Concordia University in Portland, Oregon, and completed his Physician Assistant studies at Oregon Health and Science University. Tyler places a strong focus on managing chronic conditions and preventing heart disease in his practice. He believes in listening and understanding how social and economic factors impact people’s health. He enjoys building lasting relationships with his patients over time. Away from work, Tyler enjoys time with his family, engaging in outdoor activities and being involved in youth soccer.
