Nearly 100 years of community care
PeaceHealth’s providers call Lane County home. We care about making the region a great place to live — for everyone. That’s why for nearly a century we’ve invested in not just caring for people when they’re sick, but also helping our community stay well.
In the past 15 years alone, we’ve put more than $1 billion toward health and wellness in the region, with more investments to come.
- Eugene Family YMCA donation: $1.25 million gift is part of a 10-year effort to improve community health. It includes establishing the PeaceHealth Wellness Center at the Y on 24th and Hilyard.
- Workforce development: Expanded nursing and respiratory therapy programs at Bushnell University and Lane Community College gives local students a pathway to good jobs in healthcare.
- Event sponsorship: Longtime support such as the Eugene Marathon, the Prefontaine Classic Youth Meet and the Eugene Emeralds Kids Run.
