Dr. Potschka took her time and explained all my test results. We together discussed my health needs in the future.
She's phenomenal.. I can't say enough about her other than I drive from Portland to see her. I believe my health is better because of her.

Thorough, tales the time needed, and provides clear information.
When I need a refil on meds I think it should be taken care of a day or two later instead of a week or two. Also medicare ask for a form to be filled out so they keep paying for me inhaler meds. This takes at least 3 weeks and I think it should be a bit faster than that. By the time it gets done I am almost out of my meds and this causes me stress not to mention calling the office 2 and 3 times a week
Dr Potschka has been my provider for about 10 years now and I am very happy to have her. She listens to me and offers helpful information and insights. She seems like she keeps up on medical research. She is thorough, caring and knowledgeable.

I have had two scheduled appointments with this provider and waited 1 to 1.5 hours as she was running late. I left both appointments after that long wait time and did not see the doctor.
