Thorough as usual. Answered all of my questions succinctly.
Dr. CRANK has taken good care of both of my parents for many years. Dad has dementia, so I help him.
He is a very good listener and spends good time with me and explains instructions and discussions thoroughly. My husband also is in the room and he hears the discussions and advice, which is helpful.
I love him for my mom who have severe dementia as he is very friendly and good but he is always so late. He was 1 hour and 15 min late for my moms phone apt with me and her on other line.
Dr. Crank is an excellent physician. He is very easy to talk to, and very compassionate.
