If you’d like to make a gift to a specific Foundation or one of the priority funds listed below, please choose “Other” in the Designation drop down. Then type in the name of the Foundation or one of the following options:
- St. Joseph Stronger Together Campaign
- Southwest Healthcare Reimagined Campaign
- Care Close to Home - Rural Hospital Support
- Nursing Excellence
If you select Care Close to Home, or Nursing Excellence your gift will be split amongst the three networks equally.
