You'll now find easy, convenient ways to access your billing statements online.

Each year PeaceHealth prints and mails almost a million paper statements. Now, we're going paperless to reduce our carbon footprint and make your bills more secure.

Starting in March 2025, we'll notify you of new bills in your email inbox instead of your mailbox. This new e-billing system gives you several benefits:

  • More secure: Your personal information stays safer with electronic delivery.
  • Easier to use: View and pay bills from any device with internet access.
  • Better for the planet: Less paper means less waste.

How to access your e-bills

Viewing your statement is simple. You'll need:

  • A smartphone, tablet, laptop, or computer with Internet access.
  • Your email address on file with PeaceHealth.

The easiest way to manage your bills is through a My PeaceHealth account. Our online patient portal puts all your healthcare information in one convenient place.

Note: If you're enrolled in a payment plan, you may still get paper statements by mail.

Prefer paper statements?

If you still want statements mailed to you, there are two easy options to keep getting them:

  1. Use your My PeaceHealth account:
    • Go to Menu > Billing Summary.
    • Scroll down to Paperless Preferences.
    • Turn off paperless billing.
    • Select Save Changes.
  2. Contact Patient Financial Services:
    • Call PeaceHealth toll free at 877-202-3597.
    • Our team is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You may also get this information in the mail from PeaceHealth. You can save the letter with instructions for future reference.

Don't worry about missing an e-bill
