The Coho Cafe is open Monday through Friday.
- Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. (the grill closes at 2 p.m.)
What We Serve
The Coho Cafe at PeaceHealth United General Medical Center not only offers delicious lunches, but also serves great breakfasts as well. Wonderful grab & go options, great tasting vegetarian options and meals from our deli/grill are available daily. Our hearty soups are 100% scratch made and most are gluten-free. As a community hospital, we have a responsibility to help people make healthy food choices.
Meet Our Team
Did the fruit in your fridge come from Florida or LaConner? It makes thousands of miles of difference in taste and nutrition. That's why the culinary team of Manager Dana Daniel and Sous Chef Stan Whitfield have chosen to buy and serve fresh, locally produced food when possible to our visitors, staff and patients.
Dana and Stan strive to offer a colorful assortment of fruits, vegetables, cheese, meats and fish, produced within a 50-mile radius of the hospital and purchased from local farmers. The results are astonishing: Lighter, fresher entrees that sing with flavor and overflow with the nutrients that lead to better health.
