Patient Satisfaction
As a part of the PeaceHealth mission, the Joint Replacement Center holds a high standard for ensuring patient satisfaction. We track our trends and work very hard to reach our goals. We take preventive measures to avoid infections and reduce the need for blood transfusions.
We actively seek patient feedback and use it to continually improve our program. We are very proud of our medical outcomes and service to patients, which brings people from across the nation to our Center.
Here are some of the ways we seek patient feedback:
- Care survey: Patients may receive a survey from a third party provider, where you have the opportunity to respond confidentially.
- Joint Care Coordinator: The Joint Care Coordinators have individual conversations with patients to see how the Joint Center can be improved.
- Multidisciplinary Performance Improvement Team: This team meets every month to review the program's performance.
