Scope of Service
We serve adults eighteen and over who are experiencing severe depression, anxiety, or other mental health disorders. Patients with symptoms too acute for regular outpatient care yet not severe enough to require inpatient hospitalization are appropriate for this level of care. The services are rendered in a sub-acute hospital setting by trauma informed providers.
Program Services
Our Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Programs both provide treatment primarily in the form of group therapy, individual, and family therapy.
The group therapy includes:
- Supportive Psychotherapy
- Coping Skills
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy
- Medication, Diagnosis, and Health Education
- Art Therapy
- Meditation
- Journaling
Partial Hospitalization Program
This program provides treatment for each patient five days every week (Monday-Friday) for an average of two weeks. The patient participates in services from 9:00AM-4:00PM with a one-hour break for lunch (voucher provided).
Intensive Outpatient Program
This program provides treatment in three one-hour increments, three to five days a week. Participants may select morning or afternoon segments (9AM-12PM or 1PM-4PM) depending on interest and individual needs.
These services are time limited and an adjunct to existing services, with coordination of care to occur. Participants must have insurance or the ability to pay for services.
Eligibility Criterion
Our programs are designed to serve individuals aged eighteen or older with a clear psychiatric diagnosis, who have the cognitive capacity to benefit in treatment, and are willing to participate in frequent group therapy. We offer intensive treatment to those who have significant impairment in functioning or acute exacerbation of symptoms. We do not treat patients who have a primary issue with drugs or alcohol, acute psychosis, or behavioral problems that are not related to mental health conditions.
