The PeaceHealth Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is a department of Peace Harbor Medical Center. We offer physical, occupational, and speech pathology services to inpatients at Peace Harbor Medical Center and outpatients at Peace Harbor Medical Center Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. We are located at 685 Hwy 101.
