- Watch our informational online seminar videos to learn about the benefits of bariatric surgery and our program.
- Download the finances and coverages checklist to determine your insurance benefits
- Consult with your primary care physician; ask them to submit a referral form with supporting documents via our fax.
Our office will contact you to schedule your bariatric consultation upon completion of the steps above.
Support Group Registration
PeaceHealth Medical Group Surgery offers support groups for patients who are a part of our Bariatric Surgery program. Support groups are designed to provide encouragement and education for patients both before and after bariatric surgery.
All meeting will be held virtually via the Microsoft Teams links below unless otherwise noted.
