Recipe: Chili lime corn on the cob

Summertime side dish with a twist
This is not your average corn on the cob recipe. Flavored with lime zest and chili powder it packs a punch of flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 medium ears of corn on the cob, shucked
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 1 lime juiced
- 2 tablespoons softened light trans-fat-free margarine
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
In a small bowl, mix together the lime zest, lime juice, margarine and chili powder.
Using a spoon and your hands, spread the mixture evenly over the four ears of corn.
Wrap the corn individually in aluminum foil. Grill 20 minutes, turning frequently. Serve warm.
