Serves 3
Ingredients
- 2 cups (16 ounces) full-fat cottage cheese
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Directions
Add cottage cheese, honey and peanut butter to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Put mixture in a loaf pan and place in the freezer for about 4 hours, or until hard.
Remove from the freezer, let thaw for 5-10 minutes, or until you can easily scoop it into individual bowls.
