Pumpkin and vanilla flavors work so well together
Enjoy this flavorful pumpkin spice smoothie for breakfast or after a workout since it's packed with four grams of protein in just one serving.
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1.5-2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup vanilla almond (or vanilla soy milk)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
* Optional add-in: Vanilla protein powder (1-2 scoops per manufacturers recommendations)
