Instructions

Carefully follow the instructions provided for mixing the medicine with water, apple juice, or soft foods (such as applesauce, pudding).

Do not use if the pouch containing the medicine is torn or damaged.

Use only liquids or soft foods at or below room temperature to mix the medicine. Do not use hot liquid or food.

Eat or drink the medicine immediately after mixing with soft food or liquid. Do not store for later use.

This medicine may be taken with or without food.

Store at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.

Keep the medicine away from heat and light.

If stored at room temperature, discard any unused medicine after 3 months.

This medicine can reduce the absorption of other medicines. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about the best times to use this product.

If you forget to take a dose on time, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, do not take the missed dose. Return to your normal schedule. Do not take 2 doses at one time.

Drug interactions can change how medicines work or increase risk for side effects. Tell your health care providers about all medicines taken.
