Teach you how to manage your heart condition and other health problems.
Rehab or occupational specialists.
Help you recover from a procedure and return to daily activities, work, and recreation.

Help you plan and maintain your exercise program.
Dietitians.
Help you plan and stay with a heart-healthy diet.
Mental health professionals.
Help you cope with psychological aspects of your condition.
Pharmacists.
Answer your questions about taking your medicines.
