Recipe: Mixed berry frozen yogurt bark

You can sink your teeth into this creamy and crunchy treat.

You have endless options for making this better-than-a-candy-bar frozen treat.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups Greek yogurt (plain, vanilla or fruit flavor of choice)
  • 2-4 tablespoons of liquid sweetener of your choice (honey, maple syrup, agave nectar, etc.)*
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract*
  • Fresh/fruit berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • Optional garnishes: chopped nuts, granola, mini chocolate chips, unsweetened shredded coconut

* Only needed if using plain yogurt

Directions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and set aside.

Combine yogurt, liquid sweetener and vanilla in a medium bowl if using plain yogurt. You can omit this step if using a flavored yogurt. 

Spread yogurt or yogurt mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Top with berries of choice and any optional garnishes.

Freeze until firm (about 2-3+ hours). Cut into pieces and serve.

Make ahead: freeze airtight for up to 1 month; let stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes prior to serving.
